iLove Computers moving to new location

*** As of Monday 31st March iLove Computers will operate from a new location ***

After 15 years in Bundilla Fair, we are excited to let our customer know that iLove Computers is moving.

From Monday 31st March our new location is 2/38 Burnett St, Mooloolaba. If you know the La Balsa building, then you will know the location. We will be closer to Mooloolaba's beautiful beach and all the fantastic restaurants along the esplanade and at the wharf precinct.

There is 2 hour parking in front of our new shop in the La Balsa building carpark.

If you are coming from the motorway you turn right at the Shell Service station on the right hand side as you come along Brisbane Rd, then turn left into Burnett St, and you will find the La Balsa carapace entrance half way along Burnett St.

If you are coming from Maroochydore down the esplanade, then you will turn right onto Brisbane Rd and just after the La Balsa building you will find the entrance to the carpark off Brisbane Rd.

Do you need support at your home, including:-

  • training to get the most out of your Apple equipment and software
  • support to configure your new Mac and get it up and running at home
  • help configuring iCloud, Family Sharing, setting up your network, connecting a printer or getting your Apple TV up and running?

Cost for onsite support is $139 for the first hour, and then $109 per additional hour, with a travel fee for customers more than 20km from our Mooloolaba store. Please choose date and time below.

Allowable cancellation time is 24 hours with a $15 administration fee applied to the refund. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours from the scheduled time a refund will not be given.

NB. A $30 travel fee applies to locations more than 20km and less than 50km from our Mooloolaba store. For locations more than 50kms from our store please call us on 07 5444 7507 before booking. We will calculate and invoice you the travel fee after you have booked the appointment.
